Megan Fruin
Senior Program Lead, Intelligence & Investigations
As Program Lead of Intelligence & Investigations, Megan Fruin provides targeted intelligence and bespoke investigative services to Polaris’ clients. Ms. Fruin oversees intelligence programs, including client-tailored threat intelligence briefings and projects supporting global physical security details.
Ms. Fruin customizes client-driven intelligence programs to track either specific, active, and evolving threats against individuals or brands, or, to cut through the noise of large-scale data pools to identify relevant trends and concerning online chatter.
In doing so, Ms. Fruin and her team of analysts leverage social media and the Deep & Dark Webs to augment traditional research methods in search of relevant content to provide clients with contextualized evidence reports.
Ms. Fruin’s investigative work focuses on litigation-related due diligences, brand protection/trademark enforcement matters, reputational and risk assessments, and crisis response. She leverages her background in law enforcement intelligence to provide clients with an analytical and research-backed work product in a high-pressure environment.
Prior to her role at Polaris, Ms. Fruin served as an Intelligence Analyst for a law enforcement intelligence center, assisting police agencies with criminal investigations and the local district attorney’s office with ongoing criminal cases.
